Shipping policy

Processing time
Most of our items are made to order or ship directly from our production partners. Orders usually leave within 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery (United States)
Most US orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after they ship. Some items are produced by international partners and take longer; this is noted on the product page. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you’ll see it at checkout.

Multiple packages
If your order includes items from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking.

Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking link when each item ships.

International orders
We ship to select countries. Customs duties, import taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email support@blu3kinetix.com with your order number and we’ll help.
